Can cats tell you’re pregnant before you know?

My fur baby Louie was adopted in I believe November 2018. He became very affectionate from all the loviiin I gave him. He’s literally like a dog he licks and licks as long as you’ll let him 😊❤️ and he loves snuggling of course. But recently he’s been acting strange, laying and sitting on my stomach a lot. When I wake up in the morning on my side he’s belly to belly sleeping in front of me which he NEVER does until the past 4 nights. My period is due in “two days” according to glow but I don’t take birth control so my period always come 3-4 days early. (Btw it hasn’t come yet) I took two first response pregnancy tests (“find out 6 days sooner”) they both came out negative. I’ve been having crazy pregnancy like symptoms (I’ve had two kids before) also on top of Louie being extra attached to my belly/ me. I wonder if he can sense it? And I wonder in I’m pregnant with baby #3 !? What do you guys think??
