Anyone else go through this?

Had my anatomy screening today and my doctor told me everything looked great except my placenta was over my cervix which is called placenta previa. She told me not to stress and it should resolve itself, I can’t have sex or lift over 10 pounds. Has anyone else experienced this? She told me not to worry but I just want my little boy to be okay 😩

When I had my anatomy scan my placenta was very low.. close to my cervix, but not covering it. 4 weeks later I had another ultrasound and it moved up! All the research I did on it said it normally resolved itself so try not to stress about it 👍🏽

Try not to worry. They usually will move away from the cervix as the pregnancy progresses. If it doesnt then I think that is when they do a c-section.

I have seen many things that say that the placenta usually lifts up on its own by the 3rd tri. Otherwise I believe they will schedule you for a c section. Try not to stress! Its not the end of the world and your baby will be fine :)

The biggest problem with pp is that you have to have a c section if it doesn’t move. Don’t stress!
