Abusive mother

Hey guys! So idk who else to talk abt but im 17 and my mom is Psychologically abusive towards me. I don’t know what to do or how to deal with it. My father set an appointment to see a psychiatrist tomorrow and im really nervous. Im also scared because I have a boyfriend and I don’t want this to affect my relationship with him. Any tips on how to deal with this until I graduate?
