I might have PCOS :(

so I got my blood test result back from the doctors today and my androgen was at 43 (I think he said androgen) so I’m pretty sure I have PCOS, i have to get an internal ultrasound done now, it’s been my biggest fear for the past few years, all I want is children all I’ve ever wanted is a baby and now that my biggest fear has came true I feel like it’s never going to happen,

I need tips or reassurance or something cause my minds a mess right now and I feel totally useless.
