Slowed growth

Got an ultrasound last Thursday measuring 6weeks and saw the heart beat, but was not heard for a rate. Went in this Thursday, exactly a week later, and I’m only measuring about 6 weeks and 2 days (only showing 2-3days worth of growth in a 7 day span). Doctor is wanting us to stay hopeful since there is still a heart beat, but also wanting to prepare us for the worst since the baby is not growing like it should. Does anyone else have a similar story with a positive outcome? Really depressed and scared because threads I’ve read online with similar stories do no have a positive outcome 😞
