Ovulation

So clomid didn’t work for me and it lengthened my cycle. Got switched to 2.5mg of femara, and am currently on CD 12. Well this morning I got my peak, and I’m due for a follicle scan tomorrow. Did anyone else ovulate early on Femara? Any success on the first try? Been trying for 19 months now, and I’m getting impatient. I’m also terrified because last year I had two miscarriages. I just want to be a mom.
