Another miscarriage

Just letting you know that I have had a missed abortion. With the ultrasound the doc realised that there was no heartbeat and later in the day bleeding started. The fetal age was 8weeks the pregnancy was intact. Hope all goes well because I have opted for " wait and see " no drugs or procedure is going to be done. Let the tissues come out naturally. May God give me the strength and another healthy pregnancy soon enough
