Which foundation would you recommend?

MUST BE ABLE TO FIND IT AT TARGET OR WAL-MART!!
I don't wear makeup too often, so I'm not going to spend a lot on it. I won't order it online and I don't have any makeup stores near me.
My skin is dry in the winter and a combination of dry and oily on the summer. I need a full coverage liquid foundation.

My skin is the same way. I use maybelline fit me dewy finish in the winter and I use the Maybelline fit me matte finish in the summer

I like Revlon Colorstay. I also use concealer and a powder to set it because I don’t like that dewy feel.

Love maybelline’s dream liquid foundation. I have been using it for years. It is light and covers well. I get it from target

Personally I like using a moisturizing primer (there’s tons at the drugstore) with the maybelline fit me matte and powerless (the dewy one made me look like an oil slick and I have very dry skin!)
Even though it says matte, with the right primer it has never dried me out and it really looks flawless on my skin.
