Period pain....suggestions for relief?
This is the first time in a long time that I’ve had period pain. Normally i don’t suffer but this cycle is very heavy and only on day 2. My stomach is cramping so bad! My cycles have been hit and miss since having the implant removed 1 year ago so I’m hoping that they’re starting to settle down and become regular again.
What can anyone suggest for the pain?
