Did you get sick at the beginning of your pregnancy?

Hi, ladies! I am about a week late on my period, I usually have irregular periods until about 3 months ago, I started getting them regularly. Since they started regulating, I worry that I’m pregnant being that I’m a little over a week late. About 3 days ago, I started getting a cough and felt like I had a cold. I know from researching that your immune systems lowers in the beginning of pregnancy because your body is adjusting, so you could get sick easier. I haven’t vomited or anything else, but about 3 weeks ago I went to the bathroom and wiped and had a slight reddish discharge but never got my period, so I thought it could have been implantation but since I’ve been through pregnancy scares a couple times with my fiancé, I didn’t think taking a test would be necessary at that time. I was just wondering if you ladies got sick in the beginning of your pregnancy?
