Older man?

So recently I’ve met this man and we get along well. He’s 30 and I’m on the verge of 19 but I think I’m starting to like him. When we went out one night (weren’t planning to go out drinking together until a co-worker suggested I don’t go alone and we ended up kissing a few times. he comes into my work (a restaurant with a bar) often so I feel like it might make things awkward. I know he likes me too but I’m not sure if I should pursue something with him.
