Need help and/or advice!

My doctor started me on 50 mg clomid back in August of 2018. I got my first BFP in September 2018. Sadly it ended in a miscarriage at 13 weeks. So we waited the one cycle and started round two of 50mg clomid. We did everything the same. I ovulated on cd19 but then aunt flow just came. I am just so torn we have been trying for three years. My doctor did say we could either move the cycle days from 5-9 to 3-7 or go to 100mg this cycle. I didnt have any side affects with either round. What are your ladies opinions or advice?? Any suscess stories? I just cant wait to get to get my BFP and hold my little baby. My husband is so amazing and he so deserves a child! Thanks in advance!
