The TWW. Symptoms and questions

I’m not entirely sure what DPO i am. We had sex 2/13 2/14 2/19 2/20. My OB on the 15th said i was ovulating or close to. Prior to that appt i had horrible cramps, sore breasts. Glow said i was going to O on the 21st. I had stretchy/watery CM on the 19th. On the 20th, after we had sex i had a burning/ pinching crampy feeling down the middle of my stomach and my lower sides near my hips and then toward the middle near my pelvis. I still have pretty sore/ heavy feeling breasts. But my cramping has left and that makes me nervous 😩 honestly i dont know what I’m asking, maybe just has anyone experienced this and ended up pregnant?! 😭 #theTWWsucks
