How long does it take y’all to get used to your partner again?

How long does it take you guys to readjust and be comfortable and not awkward after reuniting with you s/o  for the first time in a while? Also what do you guys do to get comfy again and used to your s/o?

Comment time! Me and my s/o met for the first time after almost 3 years of never meeting in person. In my opinion, it didn’t feel real but once it all came to reality, we warmed up to each other within no time, laughing with each other and being all dorky. We just talked and cuddled and that’s how we got to warming up with each other.
