It’s completely possible for it to be a new pregnancy. 
Ovulation very often takes place as soon as the hcg has left your system. This could be 20-14 days after bleeding started, remembering that levels are dropping and CAUSE the bleeding.

There is a big chance that this is leftover hcg from you previous pregnancy. My bleeding stopped after 4 days. I had hcg in my system for 8 weeks after bleeding stopped. If you think this is a new pregnancy go to your doctor and get your levels checked or take another test next week and if your line is darker it is a new one.
