Do I go in or wait it out ?

So yesterday I had the flu and today I’m feeling much better except for the fact that every now and then I’ve got severe pain in my stomach almost like sharp stabbing pain . Mostly when I stand or try and pick up my 2 year old . At first I thought it was just because I hadn’t eaten but I’ve been eating and keeping things down now and this still hasn’t gone away . I’m only 17 weeks . Any suggestions . Daddy is on nights and I’ve got two kids under two that I really don’t want to drag into the hospital by myself
