i need help right now

my bf and i dated for 5 years. we broke up because despite how many times i asked him to change. He never had time for me. never. just for his friends. we broke up like 2-3 months ago. i recently started talking to a really amazing guy. and my ex just came to look for me crying literally crying. asking me to forgive him... that he’s going to change. i dont know what to do because i still love him and seeing him cry breaks my heart. But the other dude is literally an amazing person... and i just feel like im stuck doing the right thing
