Flutters

I dont know if it's just me , but I've been feeling really weird lately, so today Friday feb22 my period was supposed to had came on but unfortunately it didnt , I'm kind of scared because I keep feeling this fluttering feeling In my lower left abdominal area! I how ever dont feel any other symptoms besides nausea and an major appetite increase , I will only be 21 this july coming and already have a one year old daughter (sorry tmi) I cant aford another one 😣 someone please tell me I'm just over reacting?!

Oh btw I have the implant in my left arm and this is the first time I've ever missed a period can someone help me 😓
