Okay so is anyone else having an intense stomach ache only at night? I’m on my third night of being woken up by stomach pain? Almost like Braxton Hicks but I’m pretty sure it’s too early for that!? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve woken up in the morning a few times with SERIOUS stomach pain, to the point where I’m just curled up clutching my stomach. I’m almost 14 weeks. Never been pregnant before though so really don’t know what Braxton Hicks would feel like 🤷🏻‍♀️

Try increasing your water and fiber intake. Hormones cause our digestion to slow. I get these same pains sometimes and I’ve noticed that I end up having a bowel movement hours later. I personally notice it happens less often when I eat more fiber. Hope it helps you ladies too, because it has been very uncomfortable for me!

So I’m 14 weeks and 5 days it started for me as soon as I was 14 weeks. My mom who is a perinatology nurse told me that it’s just growing pains and should eventually slow down.
