Those with SCH

Those with SCH what are your symptoms?? I started off spotting brown blood wasn’t a lot at all then crampy feeling now I feel sharp pains that come and go and like idk how to explain it but it feels like a tearing feeling in my lower abdomen and now when I urinate sometimes there’s like blood residue but seems like old blood that’s intact not sure if it’s clots or tissue or neither but it floats to the bottom sometimes it doesn’t ... kinda have a hair like texture look to it but it’s not all the time

Also I’m very gassy so that could be a part of it 😩
