Are they the same?

Question

Are ovulation symptoms the same as period/pregnancy symptoms? Is there anything that sets them apart? I’ve just always been curious. I never pay attention to my symptoms of ovulation/period until I think I’m pregnant and then I just assume every symptom is associated with pregnancy? Wondering if this happens to anyone else or if I’m just a hypochondriac 😂

Yes can be as I had my ovulation symptoms (well thought I was ovulating but ended up being pregnant lol

They can be similar yes. Every pregnancy I have gotten cramping, back pain, sore boobs, bloating, insomnia early on. But I also get all those before my period and some milder around ovulation.

Ovulation occurs about two weeks before your period. Sometimes I feel cramping mid-cycle which is ovulation. My sex drive goes into overdrive and I notice a lot of cm. For my period I usually have sore boobs for days and cramping. They are very different symptoms but everyone is different.
