How long did your honeymoon phase last???

I've been with my husband for 4 years and we still feel like we're in the honeymoon phase lol. We rarely fight and just love one another lol.

Probably a solid 6 months for us. We are going on 8 years and 3 years of marriage. Sometimes I miss the newness but I am more appreciative of the certainty I feel. I truly know my husband and can 100% be myself. We can be honest with each other and say what we mean. We can forgive each other for mistakes and move forward from it. He is my partner in life. We truly love each other and that is so much better than the newness and uncertainty that comes with a fresh relationship.

I'd say 6-10 months for us. I think once our daughter was born it kind of eliminated the honeymoon feel. We've been together 5.5 years. It's so nice to be my absolute self around him and vice versa and not feel embarrassed, shy, etc. We are so comfortable with one another and dont have to pretend to be someone we're not. He is my safe place, my home. And occasionally him or I will bring up moments when it was just us and how we felt that day, all our emotions. And thinking about them kinda brings us back to that moment and we feel it. But I definitely love spending the years with him and growing together, seeing where our life takes us. He's my best friend. God do I love that man😍 So yes, I think back to the honeymoon phase sometimes and appreciate those moments but I never wish we were back to that spot, because the future with him is so much better!
