Hemorrhoids 3 weeks PP

My stool has been soft since the day after giving birth and I’ve been very regular with no struggles. Earlier this week at 3 weeks postpartum I starts getting a hemorrhoid or what I think is a hemorrhoid. My stool is still soft so I’m not sure how I got it and it super painful to go to the bathroom. Has anyone experienced having a one pop up a few weeks after giving birth and while having soft stools?
