Stop Care for pregnancy ?

Is it right for a clinic to stop seeking care for you although you Are looking around to change doctors , not right away but Just waiting to see who would accept you ?

My clinic Decided to say That they will no longer care for me because I am Looking around for a different OB? And that I needed to pick up my remaining shots and who ever I go with Can do them , as I am 23 weeks pregnant still havent changed OBs yet as it's a hassle seeking another OB being this far along and high risk and if they accept New patients and also if theyre booked .

I am wanting to leave tge clinic due to wanting to have my baby at a diffrent hospital since this is my 3rd and I am high risk I want to be in a good hospital I trust really well , also a OB I can Actually speak to with out rushing out on me and hearing me out instead of thinking its " not a big deal " & rude staff. But the lady from the office told me that since I am thinking of changing doctors they cannot Care for me anymore ? & also before I kept asking do I need to do the shots my self ? Since I dont and havent changed my doctor yet & still under you all .

Than she says " well we can give you your shots but After that , you are on your own " .

Ive been trying to find a obgyn that will accept me asap because I was told from other clinics that sadly didn't accept my Insurance that I still needed to seek prenatal care & that wasnt right at all doing that ...
