Help please
I'm 3,000$ in medical bill debt, money in collections, moving to a new state, won't have a job right away, I didn't make enough to pay my debt, rent, and food, I don't have money for a savings account and multiple people have told me to file for bankruptcy. What does that mean? I'm only 21 and have no credit score. I'm scared.
