Implantation at 12 dpo?!

Is it possible to have implantation bleeding at 12 dpo?! I’ve been having some cramping for the last 3-4 days and thought for sure AF was getting ready to show up, then this morning I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was some spotting, I honestly assumed it was AF so I did what I would normally do but then went to the bathroom again a couple hours later and nothing so now I’m wondering if it wasn’t implantation bleeding... AF is not technically due for another 2 days but I have no idea what to think.
