BFP and weird convo w Dr

I had a BFP come up 2 days in a row. Called my Dr and the convo went like this:

Me: hello I had a positive hpt and am needing to schedule w an OB and possibly have bloodwork.

Nurse: ok your chart said you’ve done this before, you have 4 kids. skip the blood work. *made an apt for mid april* (????) call us if you have signs of miscarrying. See you in April

🤯 one, why would they even say that. Two, no directions about my medicine, they didn’t even ask how far along I was???? Wtf!!!!
