Heavy smoker

Of weed. Before I got pregnant I used to be a heavy smoker. Everyday for several times a day. I stopped when I got my BFP. My dr appointment came soon at 5 weeks. He never asked me if I did drugs. Like my dr did YEARS ago. So I’m wondering if I have my next appointment and test positive. I don’t want him to think I’m a drug addict or something from having repeat positive urine tests. Im overweight and an everyday smoker. Should I tell him at my appointment on Thursday? I fear if I do that he might think I’m coming up with an excuse to have a positive test? It’s ok to be judgmental, this is obviously controversial for some. I’m not smoking anymore and wouldnt lie about it if I was lol. Just wondering cause some people say it takes months to get rid of thc
