Stomach flu and fever at 9DPO 🤢

Started to feel a little sick last night with chills and fatigue...then right around 10:00pm the nausea set in and I was pinned to the toilet. I was up all night tossing and turning and developed a fever of 100.4. Today I’m stuck in bed with a terrible headache and still febrile at 99.8. I’m worried the fever might affect a possible pregnancy.. has anyone had this happen and things turned out ok?
