Is it ok to get a hot bath while pregnant?

Yes! It will help with any back pain your feeling, toss some essential oil and Epsom salts in there and enjoy the relaxation!

My doctor assured me as long as it’s not raising your core temp. She said it would have to be so hot you could barely stand it. To be safe, I have a tub thermometer and take my own temp and it’s always fine. I take at least 1 bath a day.

I take hot baths throughout my whole pregnancy and I’m perfectly fine and so is my baby, she’s really active when I’m relaxed in the bath 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hot baths are fine if they’re not so hot that they raise your core temperature.

baths are not as big of a deal as everybody thinks they are. Here in Montana there are hot springs everywhere. It's very common to see pregnant women in them.
What you need to watch out for is dehydration and over heating. (also verified by my doctor) 
To fight dehydration- they say to treat it like exercise. For every hour youre in the water drink 8 Oz of water.
To make sure youre not over heating- keep your arm pits out of the water and get out if they start to sweat.
