Job Advice

So I’m a certified pharmacy technician. I got my current job through my instructor who was retiring so I was taking his place. I thought I would be full time but I am not. I applied for a job at a local hospital and expected not to hear back from them. Turns out they wanted an interview and then sent an email for references. Well I was at work yesterday and they called twice. I have not called them back because the lady left at 4 and won’t be until Tuesday.

The more I work at my current job the more I love it and I’m hating the fact that I will be leaving them short handed if the job at the hospital comes through. My current manager lets me have any day I need off whether it be for doctor appointments or umpiring (softball). With the hospital job I would work 8:30-5 with 2 of 6 weekends or 2-10:30. I just don’t know what to do. Any advice?
