Need opinions!

So last month around the 18 I had a chemical pregnancy being my first pregnancy when I started bleeding I freaked and went to the doctors. Since they have drawn my blood three time one around the 18 and it was at 250 something then a week later they tested again and got 59 then two weeks later I tested at 0 supposedly. That last test was last Friday. I took a pregnancy test this morning and instantly there were two lines I took another this afternoon a different brand and also got a positive. Can I be pregnant?
