What to expect at first appointment.

This is my first pregnancy (4 wks, 5 days) and I just booked my first appointments yesterday! I have one on 3/13 where I’ll be a little over 7 weeks and a follow up during my 10th week. I assumed I would see the doctor both visits but when I logged into my chart online I saw that one is an ultrasound and the other is a new OB patient appointment. 
What should i expect for these? Will I see the doctor on both, I have a lot of questions but now am afraid I have to wait 10 weeks for the new OB appt to ask them!

Every dr/place is different. For my first my appointment was with the OB. She did an ultrasound, a physical and it was mostly us getting to know her and her getting to know us. Questions and answers. That kind of stuff. 
My second was kind of the same with a midwife. 
My third was initial set up, paperwork, registration and blood work at the first appointment. Then they scheduled an ultrasound and physical for a later date.

My first visit was at 8 Weeks 1 Day. The ultrasound was first, they did a pelvic exam then a cervical swab. After since I was so early we had to do a transvaginal ultrasound which they made me empty my bladder to see the babyyy whereas as a regular ultrasound you’d want a full bladder. After all that goodness we got into the type of test I should take, possible flu shots which I declined. Blood test they took about 10 tubes worth so make sure you eat and drink before so there’s no passing out. Warning ⚠️ they really do take a lot of blood first visit ⚠️
