Where does baby sleep?

Question

FTM trying to figure out where our baby will sleep. We have two bedrooms but large bedroom sets in both so no room for a crib. We have a pack n play that has a sleep with reversible changer and built in bassinet. Can baby sleep in the bassinet? If so, do I need to purchase a mattress for it? 
Another option is goalkeeping which kind of scares me but I see there are some sleepers for the bed with sturdy siding that may work and help prevent roll overs. Or should I opt for a bedside bassinet? If so, which kind/brand? 
Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Bed sharing isn’t safe. We’re getting a chick lullago because it’s low profile and will fit in our room, I’m just moving my dresser next to my side so they’ll be closer to the bed.

Your baby can sleep in the bassinet, and yes I would buy a mattress for it. We have a Halo bassinett that fits nicely next to the bed or in a closet. To be honest my son slept in a closet for the first 6m because we had such little space.

We are doing the bassinet in the pack b play. I don't think you can add a mattress. At least not from what I can tell having it set up.

I bed share with my baby, he doesn't like to be left alone 😂 been this way since birth.
