So, I'm 8 days away from my due date & we decided to wait until birth to find out the gender. I did not think I would be able to hold out but, I did. Earlier my SO was on the phone w/ his mom & I overheard him saying "naw, she really don't know. If they told her she would have been said something by now". & every time I see his gma she's assuring me that she know that we know the gender but decided to keep it from them. It has been so irritating continuously telling them we don't know. The surprise is really just for us. I don't care to hold out on the gender of MY baby for the lovely satisfaction of someone else. Not to sound rude. It's just weird to me that they really think all this time we've been keeping it a secret. His sister mentioned that she think we know before too. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Maybe it's just his family & their way of thinking.

Anyways, I'm hoping for a girl & he wants ANOTHER boy. We already have 2 boys. Lol.
