Early Miscarriage?

I’m almost 6 weeks pregnant. For the past 4 days I’ve had light bleeding. The first two days it was just pink spotting. Yesterday I woke up (have had bad constipation) and had a bowel movement and when I wiped I noticed it was a little bit of bright red blood with a few teeny tiny clots. I called the OB because I was worried and got a pregnancy exam and my blood drawn. I can’t call until Monday to see what the results are. Today, after having (TMI) diarrhea since last night at 9am there was no blood but when I woke up again at 12pm there was less red blood than yesterday but was still there. The rest of today it’s been light pink spotting occasionally when I wipe. I have a panty liner on but nothing gets on it, it’s just when I wipe. I’ve only had what feels like mild cramping that’s almost pulling feeling. It’s hard to say about lower back pain as I always have that, even before I got pregnant (I have a retroverted uterus). I’m just looking for success stories to ease my mind, or even honesty to prepare myself! Please let me hear your stories and opinions, thank you.
