Do you use essential oils during pregnancy?

I am wondering how many of you ladies use essential oils while pregnant. I love diffusing oils at night, but of course I looked at a few bottles while setting up my diffuser and noticed they all advise talking with your health care provider before using (I just found out I am pregnant with baby #2 - I did not use oils during my first pregnancy - and I will be asking my doctor about this). I’ve done some research and I know some oils aren’t recommended because they have the possibility to kick start labor, but other than that I haven’t seen negative research. Just curious!!
