Period After Miscarriage

I’m looking for a little advice here. I had a miscarriage (induced by Cytotec) at 8 weeks on 1/30/19. I stopped bleeding around 2/8/19. My OB said my period should return 4-6 weeks after the bleeding from the miscarriage stopped. Yesterday, I started spotting lightly and didn’t think anything of it. Today, I started bleeding heavily. Almost like a period but seems a little heavier to me. It’s only been around two weeks since I stopped bleeding. Is this normal or should I probably call the doctor Monday? They drew my blood on the 13th and my levels were still at a 39 so I have another blood draw schedule for Monday afternoon but I’m curious about the bleeding?
