Could I be pregnant?

pregnancy symptoms and period symptoms are very similar in my opinion so it's hard to tell difference sometimes so symptoms aren't helping me in this factor. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex before my period last month (I know stupid idea I learned my lesson so no hate please) and I know it's a low chance of pregnancy before a period but I know it's also possible! I've been having light pink discharge for the last 2 days and it's only been spotting. I'm only 19 and I know I'm not 100% ready for a baby so I'm actually scared I could be pregnant. I'm going to be buying a test in the morning but I figured I'd ask some of you gals if light pink spotting is a sign?I've NEVER had light pink spotting before and I've read it's a sign in early pregnancy but it could also be period spotting???? Idk honestly I'm just nervous. I've also been nauseous alot and I've been having cramping feelings. Again period like symptoms to me. I just need a little advice I'm just a little scared and I need to have a little knowledge until I take a test tomorrow! Please please no hate and I'm sorry for the TMI photo!
