So I’ve had a period since I was like 11 & I’ve always had pretty rough cycles. I have dysmenorrhea so my periods are almost always painful & heavy. They affect my life every month because of the cramps but the bleeding is annoying too. With pads I had to wear the huge ones so I constantly felt like I had a diaper on even with the name brands. I never was able to go swimming or anything while on my cycle even after the pain subsided. I was always nervous about wearing just tampons because they would get soaked through quickly. Well I told myself I would try tampons out by themselves this cycle. I figured out today that the whole time I had been using tampons that soaked through it’s because I had the smaller size ones. I put the super plus size ones on today & I will never go back to pads or anything else. I’m so glad I don’t have to worry about leaks or it getting in my underwear or the uncomfortable feeling of pads. I’m like over the moon. 😂 I’m 22 so I’m late to the game I’ve been using pads my whole life but now I’m officially transitioning over to tamps 🤷🏾‍♀️
