Happy with myself but still need help

So I’m 14 5”7 and around 250-270 pound and I want to lose weight I drink mostly water I odnt drink pop only on very special occasions and ice tea sometimes and I do love eating fruit and salad but where I live you have to be 16 to go to the gym so idk what I should do to lose weight at home cause I don’t feel very motivated I told my mom I want to get a treadmill so I can stay home and walk on it cause it’s really cold and tips????
