Hostipal Recommendation

I am currently pregnant with baby #2, so I’ve already experienced a Hostipal birth. I had some dislikes and plan on changing a couple things this time around and wanted some recommendations from other mommies!

I did not take a robe or gown for my first birth, although this wasn’t an issue, I felt so uncomfortable because trying to tie there gowns was a nightmare (for me at least). My boob was always slipping out or it was opened in the back and my buttcrack would show 😢 What gowns or robes (affordable under $40) did you like ?

My nurse would not let me shower after birth, actually I did not get to shower at all!! Other than add deodorant, brush my teeth and hair and of course clean up down there. This time I plan on showering to feel refreshed. Did taking a shower help you at all?

Any other small things you would recommend ?(keep in mind this time around I will also have a 2 year old that has never been without me at night, so I’m a little worried about that too)
