Pink spots
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, it’s a Sunday so I can’t ask the doctors.
My son has pink spots and pimples on his face. They weren’t there when I put him down an hour ago so I’m worried they’re something bad.
I did accidentally spray milk all over his face about 3 hours before this if that makes a difference 🤦🏻♀️
