My MIL offered me a full time job !!!! Good pay!

Hey guys I need opinions my MIL just offered me a full time job at her in home daycare as an assistant. Here I am with a 4 year old and 6 months pregnant with my job I’ve been at for almost 3 years. I would only get 12 weeks maternity......She offered to pay me more then I make,as an added benefit I would get to watch my newborn as well as take my son to and from school every day. Current schedule is from 6 am-2pm

She would need me from 7:30-3:30 .

Sounds like a good gig but idk something about working with her doesn’t convince me as well as being stuck in a home all day.

What would you ladies do ?
