So painful 😣

Am 33 weeks and have the worst Haemorrhoids I drink plenty of water and eat fruits it so painful I had it with my son when I gave birth and am hoping I don’t get it again worse it was so painful did not go away for like 3 weeks I use tucks pad and preparation h cream and I soak in a sitz bath then it’s ok but as soon as I use the bathroom again it comes back 🤯 does anyone else have this problem and what do you do
