iPhone question

Hi everyone! I have a question about my phone. I’ve only had 3 iPhones but I’ve never been so good with technology to be honest.

On my old iPhone I have A LOT of pictures it’s a 32GB.

My new phone has 256GB and i only have like 900 pictures not so many apps maybe like 8 and it’s already saying my iCloud has not much memory....

My question is...

If I get a new iCloud will it affect my pictures on my iPhone now? (If that makes sense)

Or what can I do?
