Husbands first urology appointment for NO sperm count

My husband was recently told by a fertility specialist that he had zero sperm count. We are going to his first appointment with a male fertility urologist tomorrow. We are pretty shocked at this point and it’s just the beginning of this journey for us.

What should we expect from the first appointment? I know we won’t get any definite answers right away just wanting to know what anyone else has had experience with.
