Answers please

So I’ve had hemorrhoids for two days now, woke up at 630 am and wiped from peeing and there was light pink spotting on the toilet paper. I started freaking out, I wiped my butt and the same think (light pink spotting) I haven’t pooped today but there has been slight pink spotting in my underwear and every time I pee and wipe it’s slightly pink spotting on the paper, could this spotting be from my hemorrhoids? If so why is it when I wipe my front there is slightly pink spotting? I’ve felt baby move a lot today, I’m almost 21 weeks, I also have Placenta Previa.
