Do any of you have PCOS?

I just learned of this group and did not know what I’m going through had a name. I’ve been ttc since aug 2017 and was diagnosed with PCOS September 2018 when my first ever cyst ruptured. 
The doctor told my my first was probably a miracle due to me having just enough hormones from my implant to help but not enough to prevent conception. 
Anyone else in that boat?

I have PCOS, I went to my doctor today and he told me that I'm ovulating. However what's bothering me is that I might not release n egg if I have cyst on my ovaries. I hope I release it cause I've been trying for a year n add, n its really getting frustrating sigh. Does anyone else ovulates with PCOS?

Yep! My first took a long time with no intervention and an unsupportive doc. This time around I went straight to a specialist after month 4 being unsuccessful (I also have a long loss history.) I’m now in my 3rd month with Clomid/progesterone regime and while I’m ovulating it hasn’t been successful yet. I literally just ovulated so we’ll see in 2 weeks if it worked. If not we will go to IUI.

OP here...
So...I was supposed to start fertility treatments this month but my husband decided to do a sperm analysis first to make sure it was not him as well. 
Well... he was literally waiting for the doctor to come in when I called him because I had gotten a positive pregnancy test. We have no clue when I’m actually due though as my cycles are so wonky. They are wait ing until the 15th which should be about 7 weeks from some light spotting I had. 
I’m so scared though.
