Havent eaten very healthy in early pregnancy
I've been pretty turned off by healthy foods lately. I ate better pre pregnancy than I do now!! At 5 weeks pregnant I was able to eat veggies but at 6-7 weeks I'm got turned off by the idea of healthy foods and I've been eating bagels, hot chocolate, ice cream..(ugh)..the healthiest thing I can stand are scrambled eggs and avocado toast.
I think fruit is starting to sound good again. I had strawberries last week but they tasted funny! So I stopped eating them.
Tips on healthier foods to eat?
